• Are you a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, particularly in the FMCG sector?


• There is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Inventory and Cost Accounting Officer to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory transactions, including costing, valuation, and reconciliation


• Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify and address discrepancies


• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels


• Perform cost accounting activities, including variance analysis and cost of goods sold calculations


• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field


• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA is required


• Proficiency in MS Navision is preferred


• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) and/or industry experience is an added advantage


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively
