Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of our platform and enhance efficiency and performance through process development and implementation


• Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure operational success


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation


• Oversee human resource activities such as hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management


• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the cryptocurrency industry


• Stay current on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field


• 5+ years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations, with a strong knowledge of HR management strategies and procedures


• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities


• Skills include multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting, as well as understanding regulatory needs in the crypto industry


• Proven record of running effective operations teams
