Who We're Looking for
Experienced sales professionals with at least 3+ years in the solar industry.
Proven success in selling solar products with individual sales exceeding ₦1 million.
Professionals who do not sell SHS products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers for high-value solar products.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high sales targets and manage large accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the solar market and product knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales success.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in solar sales
Sales Performance: Proven track record with product sales of N1 million and above
