Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Build, manage and lead the Sales team in developing sales strategies and new markets for Motorcycle, Power Products, Outboard Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the region

  • Establish good relationship and communicate daily with existing dealers and corporate institutions in the region

  • Monitor activities and performance of Motorcycle, Power Products, Out-Board Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the market

  • Gather market information and report the following activities in the region:

    • Competitors

    • Dealers

    • Corporate institutions (Business to Business)

    • Promotional activities



  • Contribute to After-sales activities aimed at maintaining high Customer satisfaction

  • Monitor sales progress on retail and provide weekly reports

  • Scout for and recruit new dealers and corporate institutions

  • Supervise the Sales team in developing sales strategies and new markets for Motorcycle, Power products, Outboard engines, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the region

  • Actively support the marketing team in the execution of planned marketing activities

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess B.Sc in relevant fields with 7 - 10 years work experience.
