Build, manage and lead the Sales team in developing sales strategies and new markets for Motorcycle, Power Products, Outboard Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the region
Establish good relationship and communicate daily with existing dealers and corporate institutions in the region
Monitor activities and performance of Motorcycle, Power Products, Out-Board Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the market
Gather market information and report the following activities in the region:
Competitors
Dealers
Corporate institutions (Business to Business)
Promotional activities
Contribute to After-sales activities aimed at maintaining high Customer satisfaction
Monitor sales progress on retail and provide weekly reports
Scout for and recruit new dealers and corporate institutions
Supervise the Sales team in developing sales strategies and new markets for Motorcycle, Power products, Outboard engines, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the region
Actively support the marketing team in the execution of planned marketing activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess B.Sc in relevant fields with 7 - 10 years work experience.
