Procurement help desk and user administration services:
- Process PR for approval in 8 hours turn-round time for non-specialized work.
- Process PR for approval in 12 hours turn-round time for specialized work.
- Send weekly update reports to the operations JCFM on status on PR progress.
- Provide insights in procurement review and processes and user-guide as the need arises.
- Follow and execute action plans to resolve problems with end users and suppliers with regards to the procuring of assets, and goods.
Strategic Sourcing:
- Select and recommend best qualified vendor for MP approval
- Process Purchase Order based on procurement manager approval.
- Review and update asset and inventory register
- Carry out market survey to determine the best possible price for commodities while ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality.
- Prepare accurate records and documentation on all solicitations, responses, procurements, contracts, correspondence and related follow up.
- Soliciting complaints and improvements from end users/clients
- Assist to review and contribute to the update of the evaluation process.
Inventory management:
- Update inventory database, work on control and material management activities.
- Follow inventory database procedures in carrying out inventory process.
- Advise and recommend to MP for commonly purchased product or service for effective future planning.
Requirements
- A First Degree in Logisitics or Management or any other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- A procurement / Supply chain certification is an advantage.
