Job Description



The candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities.



  • Responsible for achieving set sales targets for designated areas/periods as per the operating plan. Manage DB depletions with zero "debt".

  • Ensure MDN's "full" portfolio is available with reasonable stock in each outlet.

  • Build strong internal and external business relationships that is mutually beneficial to both parties.

  • Promote MDN brand awareness through effective utilization of MDN brand assets.


Qualification & Experience



  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related discipline

  • Not less than 5 years of cognate experience (Sales) in the FMCG or Wine & Spirits Industry Relevant professional qualification in Sales or Marketing is desirable.

  • Must be outgoing and have good social skills.

  • Our ideal candidate must have, Leadership Skills

  • Relationship Building/Management Skills

  • Effective team-building skills. with the ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and collaborate. Effective Communication Skills

  • Organization and Planning

  • Business Acumen.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Support in Market activations and all marketing/ promotional initiatives.

  • Actively grow your database within a set market and drive MDN availability within these outlets.

  • Generate and develop leads to manage a robust active database in markets for MDN.

  • Accurate and timely reporting of sales / activities using MDN proprietary application/software. Contribute to market intelligence with timely detailed feedback on customer needs, activations, competitor feedback, promotions, pricing, etc.
