Job Description
The candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for achieving set sales targets for designated areas/periods as per the operating plan. Manage DB depletions with zero "debt".
- Ensure MDN's "full" portfolio is available with reasonable stock in each outlet.
- Build strong internal and external business relationships that is mutually beneficial to both parties.
- Promote MDN brand awareness through effective utilization of MDN brand assets.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related discipline
- Not less than 5 years of cognate experience (Sales) in the FMCG or Wine & Spirits Industry Relevant professional qualification in Sales or Marketing is desirable.
- Must be outgoing and have good social skills.

- Actively grow your database within a set market and drive MDN availability within these outlets.
- Generate and develop leads to manage a robust active database in markets for MDN.
- Accurate and timely reporting of sales / activities using MDN proprietary application/software. Contribute to market intelligence with timely detailed feedback on customer needs, activations, competitor feedback, promotions, pricing, etc.
