The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining existing businesses.
This includes developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's customer base, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
The role is a full-time role, primarily located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Have experience in the Mutual Fund market.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field of at least 8 years.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus
