Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and research to support business decisions and strategies


• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts


• Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities


• Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making


• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information


• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients


• Monitor and report on financial performance and variances


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis


• Assist with financial planning and budgeting processes


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role


• Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts


• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software


• Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
