Job Description

• Oversee all plant operation in the factory


• Assist as a leader to lead all team heads in the factory


• Involved in the day to day activities of all factory operations activities ie oversee all daily operations of the factory from production to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.


• Study and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements.


• Prepare material Estimate (BOQ) with 100% accuracy


• Effectively execute production schedule and ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.


• Translates instructions into the CNC machine


• Makes calculations for programming including where materials should be cut


• Operate equipment for manufacturing laminate table tops and storage cabinets – CNC router, edge binders, sliding table saw, case clamp, etc.


• supervision of plant, machinery, Maintenance, vehicle routing, quality control etc. Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.


• Assist in training and development programs for the academy and operatives


• To manage human and material resources to meet production targets


• Give report on project 


• Drive project to customer satisfaction


• assist the company to maintain cordinal relationships with their investors, partners 


• Give capacity utilization Report to MD/CEO & HR


• Help to maintain companys core values etc
