Develop and execute monthly and annual plans to deliver the Open Market budget for the region, with a focus on increasing sales, profit, and market share
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the open-trade channel in the region
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities in the AC industry, and customer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations to the business to optimize business performance
Lead the execution of promotional activities, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events across domain
Manage the regional Open Market team, providing leadership and support to ensure they deliver against their objectives
Develop and manage the Open Market for the region, tracking progress against targets and identifying opportunities to optimize performance
Ensuring the optimum performance of OT team members
Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in AC industry
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of sales operations and procedures
Experience in trade planning, trade execution, and trade optimization
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in trade management software and tools.
