Managing a team of maintenance technicians, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing maintenance processes to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or its equivalent in a reputable institution with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division (2:2) grade
5 years or more work experience as a Maintenance Manager in a full-service hotel, restaurant, or mega catering facility
A professionally qualified maintenance operations Engineer with a University Degree (BSc or equivalent) in Engineering.
Maintenance & Integrity Engineering professional of at least 5 years experience - a substantial portion of which must have been spent performing and supervising maintenance activity in the field.
Knowledge of production operations and Effective interpersonal & team skills.
Analytical mind and ability to apply constituents of a management system to assets (plan, execute, measure, review feedback).
