Who are we looking for?

• The ideal candidate must have worked in an hotel operating a mutiple open bar and restaurant.  


• Must have good knowledge of basic hotel operations

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for:

• All aspect of all department’s operations and management of expenditures and management of the petty cash 


• Supporting and work with all head of departments and coordinate regular operations team meeting with all head of department.


• Ensuring the proper management of the inventory,daily recording of all income.


• Maintaining budget through monitoring of revenue and expenses.


• Preparation of monthly income statement, inventory reconciliation,bank reconciliation including POS reconciliation.


• Responsible for daily cash lodgement and any other responsibilities that may be assigned or incidental to the position.

Requirement 

• Ideal Candidates must be computer literate and possess requisite academic qualifications and convincing working experience.
