Who are we looking for?
- The ideal candidate must have worked in an hotel operating a mutiple open bar and restaurant.
- Must have good knowledge of basic hotel operations
The ideal candidate shall be responsible for:
- All aspect of all department’s operations and management of expenditures and management of the petty cash
- Supporting and work with all head of departments and coordinate regular operations team meeting with all head of department.
- Ensuring the proper management of the inventory,daily recording of all income.
- Maintaining budget through monitoring of revenue and expenses.
- Preparation of monthly income statement, inventory reconciliation,bank reconciliation including POS reconciliation.
- Responsible for daily cash lodgement and any other responsibilities that may be assigned or incidental to the position.
Requirement
- Ideal Candidates must be computer literate and possess requisite academic qualifications and convincing working experience.
- Only candidates living within Festac,Okota,Amuwo odofin,Apapa,Isolo,Ikotun area etc needs apply.
