An established indigenous manufacturing company with a proven track record of over 25 years of impacting the nation’s medical sector is seeking experienced Divisional Accountants to join its team.

Job Summary:

 As a Divisional Accountant you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of your designated division, overseeing daily accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor divisional budgets and track budget performance, divisional financial forecasts, and financial reports.


• Supervise and manage daily entries of financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness.


•  Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to Consolidation Accountant.


• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support financial decisions of the division.


•   Participate in divisional tax planning and management.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.


•  Perform financial and banking reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.


• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field


• 3+ years practical accounting experience in an audit or a manufacturing firm.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
