About Role



  • As an Executive Assistant, you will be crucial in providing comprehensive support to our CEO, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and efficient management of tasks.

  • Your responsibilities will encompass executive support and liaison, research and data analysis, and various other key tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the executive's office.


What you'll do



  • Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare meeting notes and notes as required; create streamlined communication between the Executive and other parties.

  • Respond to the Executive and third parties' requests for information and provide full assistance to the Executive during absences to maintain a high level of service.

  • Organize and prioritize the Executive's to-dos.

  • Plan, organize, and provide assistance that aligns with the Executive's workload, work habits, and preferences.

  • Effectively track and manage the Executive's project and ensure all projects are executed according to the agreed timeline.

  • Be innovative in resolving issues quickly and in an appropriate manner.

  • Research & Data.

  • Carry out quantitative data gathering and analyze data into summaries for the Executive's use.

  • Create periodic reports and oversee change requests from third parties.

  • Prepare, and analyze internal and external data as well as stay current with changing regulations in the industry • Research prospective stakeholders, partners, clients, etc. to identify and evaluate needs.

  • Review and manage the Executive's monthly float considering the required funds approval process.

  • Prepare statements, reports, memos, letters, and other documents.

  • Coordinate personal and official travel arrangements for the Executive.

  • Manage Executive's personal staff, schedule and supervise contractors and artisans when required.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are critical.
