• The Retail Store Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of Miskay Boutique.


• This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


• The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient store operations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.


• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to meet sales goals.


• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and displayed attractively.


• Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention.


• Handle cash management, including daily reconciliations and bank deposits.


• Collaborate with the management team on marketing strategies and promotional activities.


• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.


• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and store security protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree


• Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store Manager, or similar role in a retail environment.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.


• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices.


• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
