  • We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic NYSC HR Intern to join our Human Resources Team.

  • This internship opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR functions and operations.


Responsibilities:



  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes,scheduling interviews.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

  • Provide support in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.

  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback surveys.

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, updating employee handbooks, and managing HR documentation.

  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
