Job Description

• As a Data Analyst at Lily Hospitals, you will be at the forefront of turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

• Collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.


• Conducting statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.


• Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports.


• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.


• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.


• Monitoring data quality, integrity, and accuracy.


• Contributing to the development and optimization of data processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.


• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Data Analyst.


• Candidate must be willing to relocate for this role.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.


• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms is an advantage.
