DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • plan and implement effective marketing strategies

  • Identify new opportunities by analyzing property needs of clients and prospects

  • Locate and identify lettable vacant properties

  • Secure written instructions from property owners on all business involvements

  • Secure property development, valuation, management and facility management briefs

  • Carry out inspection visits

  • prepare proposals and make presentations

  • Prepare and submit activity reports

  • Monitor the property market and keep updated with trends.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL


REQUIREMENTS



  • HND or bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/businessdevelopment or Other relevant field

  • Knowledge of laws regulating and relating to the real estateindustry in Nigeria

  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience, preferably in thereal estate services
