DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- plan and implement effective marketing strategies
- Identify new opportunities by analyzing property needs of clients and prospects
- Locate and identify lettable vacant properties
- Secure written instructions from property owners on all business involvements
- Secure property development, valuation, management and facility management briefs
- Carry out inspection visits
- prepare proposals and make presentations
- Prepare and submit activity reports
- Monitor the property market and keep updated with trends.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL
REQUIREMENTS
- HND or bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/businessdevelopment or Other relevant field
- Knowledge of laws regulating and relating to the real estateindustry in Nigeria
- Minimum of 1-2 years related experience, preferably in thereal estate services
