Work in conjunction with the required departments to put in place operational activities prior to mobilization for projects and prepare the required EPC documents.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other relevant information.
Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting costs, monitoring expenses, and identifying potential cost overruns or savings opportunities
Coordinate with procurement teams to obtain competitive bids from suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and quality of materials and services.
Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements of materials required for construction projects. Maintain accurate records of quantities and cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.
Implement effective cost control measures to track project expenses, monitor variances, and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects within budget.
Assess and manage changes to project scope, specifications, and schedules. Evaluate the impact of changes on project costs and communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may affect project costs and timelines. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure project success.
