Responsibilities and Requirements
- A University Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same role within Oil and Gas Sector
- Using an electronic document management system (EDMS) such as Sharepoint, to index, store and retrieve a wide variety of document types
- Reviewing documents, checking they comply with regulations, creating revisions and archiving outdated versions
- Distributing documents to the relevant people, departments or organisations, and letting them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a process
- Involved in the document control functions across the company, ensuring all the review, approval, distribution and transmission processes of Project documentations are correctly done.
