The Opportunity:
- The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand and customer growth for ApplyBoard in Africa.
- This marketer will drive the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Students, Recruiters and Schools across all markets, channels and tactics.
What you’ll be doing every day:
- Lead the integrated marketing strategy for Africa to deliver brand, customer and commercial growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across all relevant channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and growth marketing to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital channels such as print, TV, radio, social media, email, experiential and SEO/SEM.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for innovation in marketing strategy and tactics.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, website content, videos, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, technologies, and regulatory developments to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts.
- Own the market specific learning agenda, experimentation and customer insights to improve delivery of brand and customer metrics
- Play a critical role within the Marketing Team by contributing to a high-performance team renown for accountability, executional excellence, business impact and teamwork
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Communication and/or Commerce (preferred not mandatory
- Highly strategic and great problem solver
- Highly creative with ability to inspire and motivate others
- Highly analytical, commercially oriented and motivated by business impact
- Highly structured, with strong planning and prioritization skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in driving organizational change management programs
- Experience in fast paced, dynamic environment
