JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 



  • Maintain accurate stock records.

  • Perform Physical count of inventory.

  • Coordinating stock counting with other staff of the store.

  • Maintain tidiness of the store. 

  • Inspect incoming shipment alongside the Store Manager.

  • Coordinating Stock movements.

  • Identify potential stockout and overstock situations.

  • Ability to implement process to track inventory.

  • Ability to implement process to improve order process efficiency

  • Improve stock management efficiency: avoid out of stock, expiry dates management, day-to-day accurate inventory 

  • And other various task assigned.


QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS 



  • Degree in Business administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes.

  • Proven experience in store keeping, inventory management or supply chain management.

  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills
