Job Overview:

• The MidLevel Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating and executing design concepts for various digital and print media.


• This role requires a strong creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to meet project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and design highquality graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.


•  Create compelling visual content for print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and other marketing collateral.


•  Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


•  Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.


•  Ensure all graphics are optimized for various devices and platforms.


•  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of design quality.


•  Stay uptodate with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design skills and processes.


•  Work closely with the Senior Graphics Designer to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all projects.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


•  3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.


•  Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).


• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.


• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.


• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
