  • Develop training plans in line with the compay's strategic business goals.

  • Monitor annual training plan and budget for all staff.

  • Identify and implement cost effective ways of employee development.

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to create and execute learning strategies and programs.

  • Develop all internal training materials and execution plans.

  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, mentoring, cross training, job-shadowing, online training)

  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.

  • Work with and support line managers to coach and develop their team through career pathing to support succession planning.

  • Strengthening the organizational culture and promoting positive attitude through trainings and ensuring that the company values are lived and embedded in our people practices.

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

  • Evaluate training programs to guarantee ROI

  • Develop Learning & Development Standard Operating Processe
