- Maintain / troubleshoot office equipment
- Ensure clients, candidates and other visitors experience a professional, welcoming and friendly reception, both in person and on the phone
- Answer a multi-line phone and route calls to appropriate people
- Answering all incoming general phone calls and providing administrative
- Setting up client meetings (prospects, consultants, current clients)
- Greet guests in a professional manner when they arrive
- Sign for and log in all incoming UPS/Fedex/DHL packages and certified mail
- Route calls accordingly.
- Other administrative / clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications / Competence
- Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 1+ years relevant work experience as a Receptionist.
