Job Description

• Actively engage with existing and potential customers to promote deposit products offered by the bank or financial institution.


• Explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers, helping them understand the value proposition of deposit accounts.


• Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing to expand the customer base.


• Assist customers in opening deposit accounts, guiding them through the account opening process, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Offer basic financial advice to customers, helping them make informed decisions about managing their deposits and achieving their financial goals.


• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to deposit products, incorporating this knowledge into sales and marketing strategies.
