Responsible for the seamless operation of every flight; from sale to post flight actions.
Liaisewith customers on the phone, email, messaging and in person.
Coordinatewith thesupply chain of aircraft operators, support team and crew.
Organiseancillary services such as catering and ground transport.
Checkall operational aspects of the flight including airport and ATC slots & weather.
ImproveStandard Operating Procedures and documentchanges in theOps Manual.
Workalongside the marketing team on customer retention initiatives.
Requestpost flight feedback and reviews.
Maintains the fleet and Crew schedule.
Prepares charter quotes, Crew flight paperwork, and other flight-related paperwork.
Executes all trip details including: Client correspondence, FBO notification, generation of trip paperwork, securing of Crew accommodations and travel arrangements, negotiating and securing fuel rates, assigning flight crew, and providing trip briefings.
Ensureall flight crew personnel are certified, current and supervised according to the requirements specified in the Federal Aviation Regulations prior to releasing a flight.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any Related Discipline.
A minimum of three (3) years experience in a engineering, computer science, or a similar role.
Solid computer skills, proficient in MS Office software
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member while meeting individual performance goals.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and demonstrate the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates.
Ability to resolve clientscomplaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors.
