Responsibilities

• Apply individual eyelash extensions or volume lash extensions to clients’ natural lashes using precise hand-eye coordination and adhesive materials.


• Perform lash lifts and tints to enhance the natural curl and color of clients’ eyelashes.


• Assess the condition of clients’ natural lashes and recommend appropriate lash treatments or products based on their health and desired look.


• Customize lash designs and select appropriate lengths, curls, and thicknesses to match the client’s facial features and desired aesthetic.


• Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and workspaces before and after each client appointment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.


• Provide aftercare instructions to clients, including how to properly clean and maintain their lash extensions to prolong their lifespan and maintain eye health.


• Manage appointment bookings, client records, and follow-up schedules to ensure a smooth operation and client satisfaction.


• Handle the retail aspect of lash care products, advising clients on the best products for their lash type and selling aftercare items.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc or OND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
