Responsibilities

• Perform Color Matching and formulation of various water based and solvent based coating systems to required customer specification.


• Analyze color samples and match them to established color standards


• Train and mentor junior color matching technicians


• Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color matching


• Troubleshoot and resolves color matching technicians


• ⁠Keeping track of inventory and update superiors for new order


• Maintain accurate records of color formulas and adjustment.

Requirements

• Must have experience in a color matching industry


• Experience in tinting Machines


• Strong understanding of color theory, color perception and color management skill.


• Strong communication and organizational skill


• T⁠eam work


• Ability to work independently
