Job Description

• Our client is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, experienced and passionate individual to lead our primary school education program.(Preferably female for gender equality )

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.


• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum.


• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to enhance educational outcomes.


• Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and maintaining open communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education


• Master's Degree is an advantage


• Working knowledge of the American curriculum.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for fostering creativity and love for learning in young children.


• Effective communication skills with both children and adults.
