Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Respond to user requests, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Set up and configure computers, printers, and other devices, as well as install and update software applications.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair network connectivity issues, ensuring stable and secure connections.

  • Identify and resolve technical problems, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.

  • Assist users with technical issues, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions to enhance user skills.

  • Manage and resolve technical incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.

  • Problem Management: Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to prevent recurring technical issues.

  • Ensure adherence to security protocols, perform security audits, and implement measures to prevent cyber threats.

  • Work with other IT teams, such as development and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration and support.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer science

  • 3 - 5 years work experience.

  • Relevant experience in IT support

  • Must reside in Ogun state.

  • Dedicated IT support personnels are encouraged in apply
