  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team in Okebola, Ibadan. You will provide exceptional administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday


Responsibilities



  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments

  • Arrange travel and logistics

  • Handle communication (phone calls, emails, inquiries)

  • Prepare presentations and documents

  • Manage expense reports

  • Coordinate meetings and events

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

  • Research and provide information as needed

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications



  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Discretion and professionalism essential

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
