We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team in Okebola, Ibadan. You will provide exceptional administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Arrange travel and logistics
Handle communication (phone calls, emails, inquiries)
Prepare presentations and documents
Manage expense reports
Coordinate meetings and events
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Research and provide information as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
