Job Overview

• We are seeking to enagega Technical Operations Manager to work with our operations team.


• This role is idealfor a well experienced, competent and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative work environment.


• You will play a critical role in managing our technical operations, factory operationsand ensuring seamless operations .

Responsibilities

• Ensure and Manatain operational efficiency in the Factory.


• Maintainfactory operational efficiency achieved ( achieveing cost reduction, material optimization and utilization)


• Ensure overall equipment effectivenss and reduced frequency of machine downtime


• Machine Installation and Management


• MaiantainEnergy optimization within the factory


• Ensure high Percentage of Production Target is met


• Develop effeicent safety protocls on site and ensure enforceability


• Liaise with Govenement regulatory agencies unbehalf of the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.


• At least 7 years of experience in Factory operations .


• Proven track record in managing facotry operations & teams.


• Strong technical background in recycling operations.


• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to provide insights on all technical aspects of business operations .
