Job Description / Responsiblities



  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

  • Maintain fairness, integrity and honesty in dealing with the customer to promote a good corporate image for the company.

  • Ensure that all products and accessories are tested immediately after purchase before customer takes delivery.

  • Create and maintain a friendly working environment and relationship for all branch staff including manufacturer's representatives.

  • Keep record and current status of all customers’ items that were sent for warranty.

  • Work closely with customer care center to ensure that customer's product is given proper attention.

  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing and ensure display stands are fully stocked.

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

  • Continuously improve through feedback.


Education



  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship or related qualification, including certifications.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 1 year sales related work experience; a maximum of 4 years sales-related work experience.


Other requirements:



  • Must not be above 35 years old

  • (For females) must not be married.

  • Must have completed NYSC program.


Skills:



  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
