Are you a dynamic and experienced facilities management professional looking for a leadership role in a renowned company? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Head of Facilities Management to join the Dangote Industries Limited.

As the Head of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our company's facilities across various locations. You will lead a team of facilities managers and technicians, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans for facility maintenance, including preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and energy conservation initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective solutions for facility repairs and upgrades.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven leader who can effectively manage resources, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement in facility operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role


• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for facility management


• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
