Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight reservations and bookings for clients using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Galileo.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Process ticket exchanges and reissues in compliance with airline regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline ticketing policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, ticketing transactions, and client communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and reservations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have an IATA Foundation Diploma.
- A Graduate degree with NYSC completed.
- Previous experience from 2-5 Years in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
