Job Description

• We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Leasing Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you'll play a key part in our success by managing our mobility leasing portfolio and driving growth in other strategic leasing areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to secure and retain clients for our mobility solutions (vehicles, equipment, etc.)


• Expand our leasing portfolio by identifying new opportunities in areas aligned with our core services (engineering, procurement, IT, maintenance, well interventions)


• Manage the entire leasing process for mobility solutions, including needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, contract finalization, and client onboarding


• Oversee all aspects of existing mobility leases, ensuring timely payments, client satisfaction, and contract renewals


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including International Oil Companies (IOCs), Local Oil Companies (LOCs), and other industry partners


• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and identify new leasing opportunities


• Analyze data and prepare reports to track performance and measure the success of leasing initiatives


• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing activity

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)


• 10+ years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably within the oil and gas industry


• Age 40 to 50 years


• In-depth understanding of mobility solutions (vehicle leasing, equipment leasing) and their application in the oil and gas sector


• Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets and achieving client satisfaction.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant leasing management software.
