Job Description  


As the Administrative and Customer care Executive, you will be required to carry out daily operational activities to meet and satisfy the daily needs of our esteemed patients.


Working Hours


5 Days weekly from 8 am -6 pm


Responsibilities


You will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:



  • Receive patients as they walk in and attend to them promptly

  • Attend to phone calls and messages

  • Ensure all patients get exceptional services and are satisfied

  • Assist patients to get their treatments which include frames, lenses and drugs.

  • Keep proper documentation of patient's transactions, stocks, etc

  • Implement growth strategies focused on brand awareness

  • Attend to patients who visit the clinic and ensure they have a pleasant experience

  • Follow up with patients with booked appointments and patients who have not concluded their transactions.


Requirements


To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow:



  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree

  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Sales and marketing skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Critical thinking skills and high emotional intelligence skills

  • Proven organization management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing and customer care is an advantage.


Salary


N100,000- N130,000 monthly with additional sales bonuses
