Responsibilities 

• Bake and decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings, like flowers


• Bake and decorate different kinds of cakes and cookies with various flavors and designs.


• Display of products


• Recommend and formulate recipes

Requirements and Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Should be able to use or learn to use industrial ovens


• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders etc


• Understanding of food safety practices


• Experience with cake decoration techniques


• Excellent time-management skills


• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment


• Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude


• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
