Design & Manage Sales Order Workflow: Manage, implement, and continually optimize a streamlined sales order workflow.
Sales Pipeline and Incentives Management: Manage and oversee the sales process pipeline to maximize revenue and sales team efficiency.
Sales Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Demand & Supply Planning: Supervise the demand and supply planner closely to ensure accurate and efficient demand forecasting in collaboration with sales teams.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2.1 grade in technical or business-related discipline. MBA qualification is preferred.
Certification in statistics, sales strategy, & data analysis (is a plus).
Minimum of 5 year's experience in operations, sales, or supply chain roles including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
