Responsibilities



  • Ensure high client satisfaction through strong communication and relationship management.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation strategies.

  • Work with internal teams to create and present proposals and presentations to clients.

  • Find potential opportunities through research, referrals, and networking.

  • Establish initial contacts with prospective clients by researching organizations and engaging with key stakeholders.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager/Specialist, preferably in a healthcare startup.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver results promptly.

  • Proven success in cold calling, client prospecting, and closing sales.

  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closing.


Remuneration



  • Salary: N250,000 Monthly (inclusive of bonus and other benefits)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage potential stakeholders (hospitals, pharmacies, HMOs, Medical Labs, etc.).

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
