• Develop and lead comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with CBC's business goals.


• Provide leadership and direction to the Marketing and PR team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and effective execution of campaigns.


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.


• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and branding activities.


• Manage media relations and cultivate relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.


• Create and oversee the distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.


• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and PR campaigns, optimizing strategies based on insights and data.


• Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.


• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.


• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing and PR.


• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering professional growth and development.


• Represent CBC in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


• Collaborate with senior management to align marketing and PR efforts with overall business objectives.


• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in all marketing and PR activities.
