Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including assessment, treatment, and management of work-related injuries and illnesses.
Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings to ensure employees are fit for duty.
Develop and implement health promotion programs to enhance employee well-being and prevent occupational hazards.
Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed, including the management of medical emergencies and incidents.
Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Participate in the development and delivery of employee training programs on health and safety topics.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address health-related concerns and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
Requirements
Degree in Nursing or related field, with certification as an Occupational Health Nurse preferred.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
