Key Responsibilities



  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and strategies.

  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business

  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 1 - 2 years proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

  • Must have completed NYSC

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.

  • Proximity within the island is compulsory.
