Job Summary



  • The Sales Executive isresponsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our short-term apartment rentals in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This role involves identifying and attracting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and hospitality market in Lagos.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.


Client Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about the properties, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients to close sales.


Marketing and Promotion:



  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.

  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital tools to attract new clients.

  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the company's services.


Reporting and Analysis:



  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Team Collaboration:



  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and client satisfaction.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in real estate or hospitality.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
