Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs for salesmen.

  • Drive collaboration between the company and stakeholders/partners.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Customers.

  • Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.

  • Define product features and roadmap based on research insights.

  • Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback.

  • Make data-driven decisions to drive product enhancement and optimizations.

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations.

  • Assist salesmen to determine sales route

  • Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.

  • Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Present weekly progress reports to partners.

  • Provide insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 5 - 7 years relevant work experience.

  • The right candidate must have acquired reasonable experience of not less than 5 years in the sale of FCMG products.
