  • The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the PR agency's office.

  • This role involves providing administrative support to the team and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow.


Key Responsibilities

General Administrative Duties:



  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner

  • Greeting and assisting visitors

  • Managing and distributing incoming mail and packages

  • Maintaining office supply inventory and placing orders as needed

  • Coordinating meeting rooms and scheduling appointments

  • Filing and organizing documents


Office Management:



  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment

  • Ensuring proper functioning of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)

  • Liaising with building management and service providers for maintenance requests


Event Support:



  • Assisting with the coordination and logistics of agency events, press conferences, and client meetings

  • Preparing materials and supplies for events

  • Providing on-site support during events


Client Support:



  • Assisting with the preparation of client presentations and reports

  • Coordinating the distribution of client materials and press kits

  • Maintaining client databases and contact lists


Qualifications and Experience Required



  • Minimum of SSCE.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration.

  • Stay around Jakande, Lekki.
