Job Description

• Develop and effectively manage relationship between the company and various categories of stakeholders.


• Ensure all Data Centres are fully operational with all utilities set up to function optimally.


• Maintain and optimise the condition of all facilities tomeet safety, health, and environmental standards.


• Coordinate with local authorities to obtain all licenses needed for projects.


• Monitor utility usage, negotiate contracts, and implement energy-saving initiatives.


• Streamline operational processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce downtime.


• Supervise the procurement of materials needed through a competitive and transparent bidding process


• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts


• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.


• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and referdefects or needed repairs to supervisor


• Coordinate and monitor the status of work orders; estimates, requests, and purchases materials and equipment; and estimates labor costs.


• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.


• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all facility users and visitors.


• Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.


• Prepare regular progress reports and updates on facility operations for management and stakeholders.
