Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.


• Identify opportunities for technology improvements and efficiencies.


• Manages IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.


• Manages the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardwares, softwares and other IT tools/infrastructure.


• Provides high-level support, troubleshooting and fixes for network issues, hardwares, softwares and other IT issues.


• Ensures regular back-ups of all network/IT systems and disaster recovery plans. Also ensures that they are regularly tested for fitness for purpose.


• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and IT assets; Responds promptly and effectively to incidents.


• Manages procurement of IT equipment and software; Manages contracts with IT vendors and service providers.


• Coordinates with all departments/business units to understand and fulfil their technology needs.


• Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field with relevant certifications.


• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive experience in IT Management or a similar role.
