Job Description



  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from on-street parking ticketing operations.

  • Analyze parking data and market trends to inform pricing strategies and allocation of resources.

  • Lead and manage a team of ticketing officers responsible for enforcing parking regulations and issuing tickets.

  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure effective enforcement and customer service.

  • Oversee the implementation and management of ticketing technologies, such as mobile payment systems and enforcement software.

  • Ensure that systems are operational and optimized to streamline ticket issuance and data collection.

  • Stay informed about relevant parking regulations, laws, and policies.

  • Ensure that ticketing operations comply with legal requirements and local ordinances.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction with the parking experience.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to ticketing operations.

  • Monitor and analyze revenue generated from on-street parking ticketing.

  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collect and analyze data related to parking violations, ticket issuance, and revenue collection.

  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of ticketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as parking management, law enforcement, and city officials, to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including community groups and business associations, to address concerns and foster positive relationships


Education and Experience



  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • 4-5 years of experience in parking management.

  • Military experience is a must.
